(6 minutes for 10 days)

Download the Clay Church app and turn on notifications, or find the study guide for the week here. Set aside 6 minutes each day to read the daily Scripture and reflect.

SUNDAY NIGHT CENTERING

(60 minutes)

Join Scott Young for a Sunday night Zoom session focused on spiritual practice and community. Email syoung@claychurch.com for the link.

WALK AND REFLECT

(15 minutes for 4 days, great for families)

Take four short walks and reflect on a guiding spiritual question. Families can use the question as a conversation starter. Find prompts here.

SHARING THANKS

(6 minutes for 10 days)

Take 6 minutes at dinner or bedtime to thank God. Write, pray, or share together. Create a list.
Try naming at least one or two new blessings each day.

READ OR LISTEN

(60 minutes at your pace)

Start a new book (like Liturgy of the Ordinary)
or listen to a podcast (like The Bible Project Podcast).  You don’t have to finish—just begin.

CHOOSE YOUR OWN

Choose any practice - Bible study, a group, a spiritual mentor, silence - that helps you spend intentional time with Jesus.
