Clay Church celebrates and cherishes the marriage union as an expression of a couple’s faith, grounded in their relationship with God and one another: marriage reflects a continued willingness to grow together in Christ. Our Clay pastors are trained to meet with couples to discern the presence of God at the heart of their relationship.
 
The United Methodist Social Principles define marriage as a union of two consenting adults. We have clergy on staff to perform weddings for same-sex couples.
